Privacy & Security

What is the Zero-Knowledge Standard?

It means we don't see, store, or hold your private information. Your documents live in your own Secure Drive. We help build the structure. You decide what goes in it, where it sits, and who gets access.

Do you store my personal information?

No. Everything lives in a Secure Drive you control. We don't keep it, look at it, or hold onto it. Within 72 hours of delivery, anything you sent us is deleted on our end.

Does the Life Manual contain passwords or private credentials?

No, and that's deliberate. The manual points to where your credentials live, like your password manager, and who has the authority to get in. It tells somebody how to find access. It never spells out the access itself. A document with every password in it would be the most dangerous thing in your house.

The Service

What is a Life Manual?

It's one document holding everything somebody would need if you weren't reachable. Accounts, contacts, records, instructions, all in one place instead of scattered across your head and a drawer. Whoever steps in can act instead of guess.

How is this different from estate planning?

Estate documents settle who gets what. A Life Manual explains how things actually run, so somebody can step in and keep them going. Your will covers the legal side. This covers the practical side, and it matters any time you're unreachable, not only after you're gone.

Is this a will?

No. A will determines who receives assets after death. A Life Manual explains how things actually work, the digital systems, daily operations, household management, so someone else can step in and keep things running. You may need both. A will is legal. A Life Manual is practical.

Do I need a lawyer?

Not for this. A Life Manual isn't legal advice and it isn't a legal document. You should still see an attorney about your will or power of attorney, and we'd tell you to. This sits alongside that work, it doesn't stand in for it.

Who is this service designed for?

People whose absence would leave everybody else scrambling. The one in the family who handles the accounts and the renewals. Parents who'd rather their kids grieve than fight paperwork. Business owners who know the place doesn't run without them.

Is this only for business owners?

No. The Personal edition is built for individuals and families. Business Continuity is included only in the Business edition, designed for owners whose operations require an explicit succession plan.

The Process

What happens during the engagement?

It begins with a private conversation to understand your situation and priorities. From there, the Life Manual is built chapter by chapter through structured sessions. Your Secure Drive stays under your control throughout, and you can view progress through the Client Portal. Most engagements are complete within 2 to 4 weeks.

What is the Client Portal and how does it work?

The Client Portal is your private, encrypted workspace where your Life Manual is assembled and delivered. Once your engagement begins, you receive secure access to view information by chapter, track progress, and communicate directly. Your completed manual is delivered there. A 72-hour purge occurs after a signed acknowledgment, to stay compliant with the Zero-Knowledge Protocol.

What kinds of information go into a Life Manual?

Your digital life, financial and asset information, household systems and operations, health and medical, legal and estate documents, your legacy and final wishes, and business operations for the Business edition. That's the 7 Pillars of Continuity, and it includes anything a trusted person would need to manage your responsibilities.

How long does the process usually take?

It adjusts to your schedule and complexity, and moves at your pace through structured sessions rather than a rushed intake form. Many people start with the Just-In-Case Plan, a do-it-yourself version completed at will. The Blueprint Session is typically completed live and delivered the same day. A Life Manual usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. A typical session runs 1 to 2 hours. Personal runs 6 to 8 sessions, Business runs 8 to 10.

Can the Life Manual be updated later?

Yes. Annual review sessions are available for all editions. Once you own the manual, we'd suggest reviewing it at every major life event, and at minimum once every six months. Life changes, accounts move, relationships shift, family size adjusts. The review keeps it accurate.
